The collegiate model of education and training for paediatric specialists aims to help bridge the human resources for health shortage in the field of paediatrics and child health in the East, Central, and Southern Africa region.

Similar MoUs with affiliate member countries, Botswana, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and new entrants in the region will be executed.
